  • 1 package Lottie’s Meats Calabrian Sausage Ground Pork Blend (16 oz)
  • Kosher salt
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Flatbread

  • 2 flatbreads or naan
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 burrata ball
  • 2 tbsp hot honey
  • Fresh basil

RECIPE

Process

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add Calabrian sausage and cook 5–6 minutes until browned and crisp in spots.
  4. Place flatbreads on a sheet tray.
  5. Top with mozzarella, cooked sausage, and sliced red onion.
  6. Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are crisp and cheese is bubbling.
  7. Tear burrata over hot flatbreads.
  8. Drizzle generously with hot honey.
  9. Finish with fresh basil and cracked black pepper before serving.
