At Grill House Meat Store, your satisfaction comes first. We want every product you purchase to meet or exceed your expectations. If it doesn’t, we will make it right.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason — including quality, taste, or if it did not meet your expectations — you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
We will offer, at your choice:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Refund to the original payment method
- Manager approval may apply.
Proof of Purchase
To process a return or exchange, we ask for the original receipt, order number, or transaction record. If no proof of purchase is available, store credit may be issued at management discretion.
Perishable Products
For meat, poultry, seafood, and prepared foods:
- Products do not need to be unopened
- We may ask a few quick questions about storage and handling
- In some cases, we may request a photo or the remaining product to help us improve quality control
Our goal is not to deny returns — it is to learn and serve you better.
Custom Cuts & Special Orders
Custom cuts and special orders are also covered by our satisfaction guarantee. If the product did not meet your expectations, please contact us — we will replace or credit it.
Abuse Prevention
Our flexible policy is built on trust. Grill House reserves the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of repeated abuse or unusual return patterns.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please contact us within 30 days by visiting the store, calling us, or emailing us with your order details. Our team will resolve your request quickly and respectfully.
