We source from trusted partners like Certified Angus Beef®, American Wagyu producers, and select farms that meet our standards for quality, consistency, and flavor.

Do you offer dry-aged beef?+-

Yes. We dry-age select cuts in-house to enhance tenderness and deepen flavor.

Are your products fresh or frozen?+-

Most of our products are delivered frozen. Some specialty items may be frozen to preserve quality — always clearly labeled.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll do our best to update it.

What do I do if my order arrives late?+-

We aim to deliver within the promised window, but if your order is delayed, please contact us. We’ll look into it immediately and make it right.

Once I place my order, when will it be shipped?+-

Orders are prepared fresh and typically dispatched the same day, depending on the time you place your order.

I received my delivery, but something is missing or incorrect. What should I do?+-

We’re sorry about that — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.Include your order number and a quick note (photos help), and we’ll take care of it.

Why is there a 48-hour reporting window for delivery issues?+-

Because we work with fresh, perishable products, we need to review any issues quickly to ensure quality and proper handling.

What happens if I report an issue after the 48-hour window?+-

We’ll always do our best to assist you. However, due to the nature of our fresh, perishable products, our ability to offer replacements or refunds may be limited after 48 hours.

Each case is reviewed individually, and we’ll do what we can to make it right whenever possible.

Shipping – How do I know when my delivery is complete?+-

You’ll receive a confirmation once your order has been delivered.If needed, we can provide delivery details upon request.

Missed Deliveries+-

If no one is available to receive the order:

  • We may attempt contact 
  • Perishable items cannot be left unattended for safety reasons
