California Lemon Pepper Wings with Charred Scallion Ranch

California Lemon Pepper Wings with Charred Scallion Ranch

DESCRIPTION

These wings focus on crisp skin, bright citrus, and clean live-fire flavor rather than heavy sauces. Fresh lemon zest, cracked pepper, and charred scallion ranch create a lighter California-style wing that still delivers smoky depth and rich chicken flavor.
