  • Kosher salt
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

Cherry Chipotle Glaze

  • 1/3 cup cherry preserves
  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobo, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

For Serving

  • Ranch dressing
  • Celery sticks
  • Fresh chives
RECIPE

Process

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Pat wings completely dry with paper towels.
  3. Toss wings with kosher salt, black pepper, baking powder, and avocado oil.
  4. Arrange wings on a wire rack over a sheet tray.
  5. Roast 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway, until skin is crisp and golden.
  6. In a saucepan, combine cherry preserves, chipotle, apple cider vinegar, honey, and Worcestershire. Simmer 3–4 minutes until glossy.
  7. Toss hot wings in glaze until evenly coated.
  8. Finish wings over direct flame or under broiler for 1–2 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
  9. Serve immediately with ranch, celery, and fresh chives.
