Beet Dreams - Natural Combo

This is truly a beet lover’s salad. Beautiful organic red and yellow beets that are chopped and tossed with toasted pecans, fresh dill and a tangy apple cider vinaigrette. The beets offer that soft crunch while the apple cider vinegar adds that sour-ish flavor. I’m sure my Russian customers will love and know this very well as it is a traditional Russian salad!
