Description

Big flavor, Simple to cook. Hard to forget. Whole seasoned Tri Tip — now layered with our bold, house-made FAFO seasoning.

Cut from the bottom sirloin, tri-tip combines lean structure with just enough marbling to stay juicy — more flavorful than a sirloin, but leaner than a ribeye. This cut meets Certified Angus Beef High Choice standards, sourced from grain-finished Angus cattle in the U.S. for dependable marbling and consistent eating quality. Wet-aged a minimum of 27 days, it develops deeper beef flavor and a more tender, balanced bite.

Finished with our house-made FAFO seasoning — a savory, peppery blend of salt, brown sugar, garlic, onion, paprika, chili powder, black pepper, rosemary, thyme, and activated charcoal — built to create a bold crust, deep color, and steakhouse-level flavor right off the grill.

Flavor: bold, beef-forward with smoky garlic and peppery herb notes
Texture: tender when sliced right, with a firm, satisfying bite
Cooking: builds a deep crust, roasts evenly, and performs beautifully over live fire or high heat

Perfect for weekend grilling, slicing for a crowd, sandwiches, tacos, or a high-impact barbecue centerpiece.

Cooking it the right way

Cook over medium-high to high heat (400–550°F) using a reverse sear or two-zone grill setup to develop a deep crust while keeping the center evenly pink. Pull at 130–135°F for medium-rare and rest 10–15 minutes before slicing against the grain. Tri Tip performs best with gradual cooking that preserves its juiciness and tender texture. Expect a rich beef flavor, smoky crust, and a juicy, steak-like bite throughout.
