Fingerling Potato Medley 24oz - Melissa's

Melissa's Fingerling Potato Medley is a combination of different varieties which may include Russian Banana, Ruby Crescent, Purple Peruvian and French Fingerlings all in one package. These gnarly fingerlings are great for cooking because they keep their shape and soak up lots of flavor when they are cooked.

Their earthy taste, convenience, and versatility make them so easy to use. Add them to dishes to add a splash of color and a burst of added flavor.

All potatoes are best stored at room temperature between 45°F and 50°F, or in a ventilated cool, dark area.  Melissa’s does not recommend refrigerating potatoes as the colder temperature converts the starches to sugar.

Please wash and pat dry potatoes prior to preparation.  Because of their naturally thin skin, Melissa’s Fingerling Potatoes do not require peeling.
