Cooking it the right way

Cook over medium-high heat (400–500°F) on a cast iron pan, flat top, or grill to gradually render the Wagyu fat without drying the meat. Pull burgers or patties at 135–145°F depending on you preferred doneness. Wagyu ground beef performs best with minimal handling and steady heat that allows the marbling to baste the meat as it cooks. Expect a rich, buttery bite with a juicy center and deeply caramelized crust.
