Moonrise Cheese 4.05 oz – Perrystead Dairy

Made in a unique dual-coagulation process, it uses both traditional French calf rennet and Iberian cardoon thistle flowers rennet. Aged for 30 days, the washed rind develops an orange hue, as the interior becomes lusciously smooth and silky, creamy, balanced, and boasting notes of apple, cabbage and roasted peanuts. Great for melting too!
