Description

The steakhouse benchmark— Certified Angus Beef Prime Ribeye with the richness and consistency to back it up.

Not all ribeyes eat the same—this one comes from the section where marbling is at its peak, which is what drives real flavor and juiciness. Backed by Certified Angus Beef Prime standards and sourced from grain-finished Angus cattle in the U.S., it delivers a richer, more consistent result than most steaks you’ll find. A minimum 27-day wet aging process takes it further—tenderizing the muscle and concentrating flavor into something noticeably more complete.

Flavor: deeper beef flavor with a more pronounced buttery finish
Texture: tender, juicy, with a smoother, more refined bite
Cooking: renders more fat, self-basting, builds a deep, even crust

Perfect for when you want a guaranteed steakhouse-level result at home.

Cooking it the right way

Cook over high heat (450–650°F) in a cast iron pan or directly over flame to properly render the marbling and build a deep crust. Pull at 130–135°F for medium-rare and rest 5–10 minutes before slicing. Ribeye performs best when the fat fully renders, giving you a rich, buttery center with crisp, caramelized edges
