Each batch is unique with its ingredients and ferment time which can vary from 3 months to over a year. It goes well on eggs, tacos, burgers, fried potatoes, and most anything! Shelf life: An unopened jar of fermented hot sauce is shelf-stable and can be kept in your pantry for up to a year. Once opened, keep it refrigerated and consume within one year of opening.
