I did a Pho and used the noodles at the end , they are a perfect complement to a savory dish . Nothing but wholesome goodness here , check the ingredients and you will see . As an added benefit you’re supporting a local ( LA ) business.

This new butcher shop is great. The quality of the beef is very impressive. So glad to have a neighborhood butcher shop. The store is well equipped with many items, produce, buns, spices, etc.
